Do I have an eating disorder?
There are three types of eating disorders, Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge
eating. As a general rule of thumb if you find you are using food or food
related behaviors ( binging or purging or restrictive eating or over exercising
or use of laxatives, diuretics or enemas) to numb emotionally or feel in control
of your life you are at high risk for an eating disorder. Eating disorders
are also apparent as an individual feels a great pressure to look a certain way
or is highly critical of their body weight or shape.

a mental health professional or physician immediately. Eating disorders
are dangerous and can be in certain situations be life threatening.
Do I have Attention Deficit Disorder?
to be concerned with Attention Deficit Disorder an individual must have
several symptoms related to either inattention or hyperactivity/ impulsivity
