Anxiety

We all experience some anxiety in our lives. People with anxiety disorders often have intense excessive worry about everyday life.   These feelings interfere to the extent individuals cannot function in daily life.  The feelings can be sudden or persistent.  They are out of proportion to the danger someone may be in.  People with anxiety disorders may avoid people and places to try to manage these feelings.

The symptoms include: 

Feeling restless, tense

Rapid heart beat

Irrational fears, also known as phobias

Fatigue/tired

Insomnia
