Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy, also known as client-centered therapy, is a form of psychotherapy that is centered around the needs, feelings, and experiences of the individual seeking help. This therapy approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, where the individual feels heard, valued, and understood.

The goal of Person-Centered Therapy is to help individuals better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to develop a sense of self-awareness. This therapy is effective in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Low self-esteem

  • Stress

  • Relationship difficulties
