Creative solutions to life’s challenges

Rachael Labitad
LAC
Meet Rachael Labitad, LAC, a therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Rachael is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Rachael has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, mood changes, family stress, emotional outbursts, and major life transitions. She takes a client-centered approach, meeting each person where they are and pacing therapy to support growth at a level that feels safe and manageable.
When working with adults, Rachael draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life changes. In her work with children, she uses play therapy as a primary treatment approach, recognizing play as a natural and effective way for children to express emotions, process experiences, and build self-regulation skills.
Rachael’s style is warm, structured, and collaborative. She partners with clients to set goals, monitor progress, and develop practical tools that support emotional resilience, stability, and confidence over time.
