Creative solutions to life’s challenges
Rachael Labitad, LAC
Rachael Labitad is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides a compassionate, collaborative, and supportive environment for clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. She works with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, mood changes, family stress, emotional outbursts, or difficulty managing life transitions.
Rachael believes therapy should be a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Her approach is client-centered and paced to meet individuals where they are, helping them better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

When working with adults, Rachael integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and major life changes. For children, she utilizes play therapy techniques as a primary treatment approach, recognizing play as a natural and effective way for children to express emotions, process experiences, and strengthen self-regulation skills.

Rachael’s therapeutic style is warm, structured, and supportive. She partners closely with clients to establish goals, track progress, and develop practical tools that promote long-term emotional resilience and stability. She welcomes the opportunity to connect and explore whether her approach is the right fit for your needs.
